I think this word has now become a regular. As if the universe is in conjunction with what we hear, life begins to take shape around it.

It means that you are ultimately responsible for your life, and you cannot rely on others to save you.

As a twenty-something years old young adult, you are left with your thoughts; to figure things out, to make the right resolutions on everything , and to also not disappoint your coming generations.

The older adults seems to get invested in their own business. It is quite clear that - You are on you own, no one is coming to save you. Therefore, you have to sort yourself out because no one has the time to spare. Literally, everyone has their problems, so you are told to focus on solving your own.
